CPA membership

Sioen is a member of the EU's Circular Plastics Alliance. The CPA aims to boost the EU market for recycled plastics to 10 million tonnes by 2025.

Circle A, a new business model

The collaboration between customer, garment manufacturer, distributor and cleaning firm leads to a new business model of professional Protective Clothing.

Award: Supplier Excellency

We won the “Supplier excellence award for Quality” of Yanfeng for the airbag hinghes for Mercedes C. 100% on time delivery – zero complaints – zero defects.

Colouring solutions for paint for the local arts school

After updating the Sioen Chemicals booth in the showroom, Sioen donated about 300 bottles of dye to the art academy in Tielt. The dye will be used in various art projects.

FEB membership

Thanks to being an FEB member, we get new insights and it helps create and maintain an optimal business environment.

Award: Telematik

Sioen and ZF Friedrichshafen AG have won the Telematik Award in the category Trailer Telematics with the innovative product Detector.

IVK membership

We are an active member of IVK, pursuing the interests in the raw material PVC and its substitutes.

Centexbel membership

We're a member of Centexbel, the scientific and technical research centre of the Belgian textile industry.

Industry museum Ghent

Sioen supports Industriemuseum Gent by donating several items from the different product ranges for the exhibition “100% textile”. Multiple samples of Sioen’s technical textiles and a firefighter suit are displayed in the museum.
