US Sailing membership

We're a member of US Sailing, the National Sailing Organisation for the US.

Vinyl plus membership

We're a member of Vinyl plus, the Voluntary Commitment of the European PVC industry.

ZDHC membership

We're a member of ZDHC, Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals.

ADF membership

We're a member of ADF, the Association des Arboristes de France. The manager of our SIP-Protection brand is co-founder, treasurer and partner.

Waterfront event

We contributed to the Waterfront event to commemorate the victims who lost their lives in the spring of 1918. The fabric of the boats and cutting them into DIY kits is a Sioen realisation. The boats had messages of peace on the sails.

IGS membership

Through Manifattura Fontana, our brand that produces geotextiles, we're member of IGS, the International Geosynthetics Society.

Constructive relationship with labour associations

Sioen HRM have a good relationship with labour unions in creating an environment of harmony. Resulting in profitability as well as in employee welfare. Labour associations in all our plants represent the interests of workers in the workplace.

Art at heart

Sioen actively contributes to art and culture and stimulates and supports artists all over the world. One of the more reknown projects was The Gates of the world famous artist Christo in New York.

Sioen apparel production facilities are listed in the OAR, the Open Apparel registry.

FGI membership

Sioen is a member of FGI, the Fabricated Geomembrane Institute.
